B.Y.O.Wine!

As wine collecting becomes increasingly popular, more and more homeowners want the proper environment to enjoy their wine and store it safely. Serious wine connoisseurs want the best protection for their investment and they enjoy entertaining guests with wine tasting parties, so the wine rooms must be both functional and stylish.  Most new construction clients request a wine cellar, but you don't have to have a new home to make this addition. From a closet below the stairs to a utility room, a wine room can be yours!!

This incredibly beautiful sunken wine room is directly off of the dining room and provides an interesting retreat for guests after dinner.  An iron railing directs you down the slate faced steps.  A bronze and rock crystal chandelier hangs from the brick ceiling to light the custom "tasting" table.

This French inspired wine room was not only designed for wine storage but also to display  the important wine memorabilia collected over many years.

The grotto-like space is custom fit with racks and display areas that make the most of the minimal space and turn it into an authentic wine cellar. This wine room is a mere 25 square foot area!  Do you have an extra 25 square feet in your home?

A small coat closet, under the stairs, became an edgy refrigerated wine room with a functional space plan and modern finishes.

The first thing you probably see is the washer and dryer to the left but if you look straight ahead you will see iron doors that lead into a wine room!  This is a great use of space.
